Before coaching leaders, I experienced leadership.

My experience includes management roles at Intel, Sun Microsystems and Quanta Cloud Technology, up to EMEA Executive Vice President & General Manager responsibilities.

I have worked across different organisations, cultures and situations. This helps me understand how professional decisions involve results, relationships, reputation and personal identity at the same time.

Every manager has their own story. I work alongside you with the experience of someone who has faced similar responsibilities, and with coaching that helps you find a direction that fits you.
